Die struck by the China Mint, the reverse-proof, 2006 gold panda coin is bezel-set in a polished, 14K yellow gold frame. On the front is an enchanting tableau of two pandas nibbling on bamboo leaves, while the reverse depicts Beijing's famous Temple of Heaven. Satin and polished finishes emulate the pandas' two-tone coloration and heighten the dimensional look of the coin.
